Today was a non-workout day so I fasted all day and had a large dinner.

I like intermittent fasting as I’ve found this way of eating works best for me.

However, I realize everyone is different so intermittent fasting may not be best for you.

If you’re not sure experiment until you find what works for you.

I always try to get a variety of different vegetables into my diet to make sure I’m getting as many vitamins, minerals, and nutrients as possible.

Tonight I had a large salad consisting of:

  • romaine lettuce
  • baby kale
  • cherry tomatoes
  • daikon radish
  • cucumber
  • orange bell pepper

Salad Dressing:

  • Couple tablespoons of organic, raw apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Turmeric
  • Black Pepper
  • Stevia

(Everything was organic)  If possible try to buy organic

Also,  I had a bowl of:

  • broccoli with Organic Harvest Foods Chipotle Habanero Pepper Sauce on top
  • cauliflower with nutritional yeast on top
  • brussels sprouts (same as broccoli)
  • celery with organic dijon mustard and hot sauce on top

I like spicy and I really like to spice up my vegetables.

And for protein I had two free-range turkey Nick’s Sticks.  The great thing about Nick’s Sticks is they’re already made so you just have to open them up.  I like the spicy free-range turkey the best but the 100% grassfed beef sticks are good, too.
